When the thermotips will be pushing in the melting furnace through Lance then process will start and Green lamp will On. After 4 seconds (time is adjustable as require but 4 seconds is standard ) the temperature will over and then Red lamp will On and the temperature is hold at display and Hooter will be running up to 5 second or continue (as require). After hold the temperature the Lance will be pulled out from the Furnace. For next process the hold temperature will automatically reset after set the Tip in Lance and display will show the ambient temperature.
